Uploading photos

We always get the "unknown error" message. It's unknown if we'll be successful anytime soon.

Hard to keep current photos when the site doesn't cooperate.

I've been uploading a photo for two days. It just vanishes. No error message, no waiting for approval, no picture in the gallery. Just nothing......

Just this past hour I uploaded a new photo and got an error message. Re-uploaded and saw it pending approval. Rechecked and now its gone.

Same here. We've been trying to upload photos for a couple of weeks and only one has actually loaded.

Submitted a help ticket. Got one acknowledgement but no advice or solution.

Same. Cant upload pics to our new profile. I get an error when i tried using MS Edge. just get a spinning wheel when I use google chrome.

Seems this site has a lot of technical issues.

Any other sites people would recommend?

Someone must have uploaded a small picture. You do not have to change the physical size of a picture to make it smaller. Just change the resolution.</span></p>

<p>Picture uploading is not working right. This is not intentional. Storage space is not an issue. Bandwidth is not an issue. The developers are working on it.</p>

<p>Normally, you should be able to upload pictures up to 5MB in size. Right now, it seems that the smaller the file, the more likely it will upload properly. </p>

A few resized photos I have viewed on here are now so damn small you can barely make out the person. What good is that?

The photo utility on this site is junk. Who in our day and age has to resize every photo before uploading? This is simply because they don't want to pay for larger storage. Should a photo need resizing, the web site should automatically do it, instead of the user.

So the same pics I was able to upload by phone in Feb, ( and subsequently deleted last month when they had the "issue") now have to be resized??? Yeah, my Android is cooperating fully. What a joke..

The powers-that-be seem to be very quiet about the subject.

I've tried approving pics this morning and spent most of my time watching the wheel spin 'round and 'round.

Did someone forget to feed the hamsters that power this thing?

We managed to finally get one to upload but then on subsequent pictures got the unknown error message again.

FWIW - I uploaded two photos this morning in a private gallery. First one uploading immediately. The second one took 4 tries but did finally go. Both were approved within a few hours. Fixed or fluke? IDK.

Tried uploading the SLS hat which I screen grabbed here and even that photo would not work!

It's been going on for several days.
