Tech Support and the Search function change location fail.

I CANNOT CHANGE MY LOCATION OR CONDUCT SEARCHES. I AM IN THE SAME BOAT!!! I ALSO THOUGHT "SIMPLE I WILL WRITE TO SUPPORT!" THAT FUNCTION ALSO DOES NOT WORK. SOMEONE PLEASE SEND A NOTE TO SUPPORT THAT I AM OUT HERE WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO FIX THIS. I TRAVEL FOR WORK SO I CHANGE LOCATION TO HELP FIND OTHERS AND BE FOUND BY OTHERS. NOW I AM LOCKED INTO WHERE I WORKED LAST AND CANNOT EVEN CHANGE TO MY OWN HOME.

SERIOUSLY SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL SUPPORT SINCE I HAVE FOUND NO OTHER CONTACT METHOD.

Hell, I half expect there to be references to Netscape Navigator or even Telnet. ;)

The SLS "Help" section page still references Internet Explorer 7.0, which was first released January 31, 2006 -- A cool 8 years before MSN TV shut down. :|

At least they cared enough about their customers to let them know that a service they paid for was no longer going to be available.

MSN TV LOL We hope that was sarcasm but just in case it wasn't here is what WIKI says" On July 1, 2013, an email was sent out to customers that the service would be shutting down on September 30, 2013, and customer service would be available until January 15, 2014"

No mention of MSN TV (formerly WebTV).

Anyone still using it on SLS?

Hi, I had the same issue and finally saw a post From a Support tech here on SLS this is his response and it will likely help solve the problem. I too am technically challenged and don't have kids to teach me this technology so I need to find some one who can tell me where to find and change my browser!

"What browser are you using? I talked to a few customers that are still using Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is old and is not working with some site features. If using IE, please try another browser. I had to switch from IE a few weeks ago.

I tried to send a tech support ticket it fails to send. The topic field will not except text. My original problem is the search function does not allow me to change location. I put in valid zip codes and towns and they all come up "Invalid city" even the one I live in. I tried it in Hot date, search, and I even tired to change my profile. It fails in all three locations. Where the heck can you send tech support a message other than the tech support ticket that fails to send?
