Relationship status

Oh yes over the years we have met a handful of guys who after talking with them in person at a first meet, catching them in lies.. turned out they were on the site cheating, married and significant other had NO CLUE they were on a swing site..

We immediately drop them and move on.

A usual key is "can you host lets go back now to your place." they are usually caught and have to confess. in some instances some guys are divorced and have the kids but an exception to the ones we have met.

We are NOT fans of Certs as we have also met a handful in our area.. who only collect Certs for talking, chatting on SLS , meet for lunch/ dinner, but will never, ever play and had multiple excuses.. we see both sides on CERTS including some who wont play because you like a certain person etc too.. there loss!

A certified couple means someone has met both partners (at the same time) and in our minds, both are active. We think the system works as is. If a man has a single profile, that means his partner, if he has one, is not playing. If you want believable assurances that a single male or female is not stepping out on an unsuspecting partner, good luck. A check box is not going to fix that.

"couple profiles should always participate with both halves of the couple present."

I don't think that is how it works.

Wayne, I am reading it as the “attached/single” as an identification that the person is in a relationship but playing single. The problem I see is that the large majority of singles on here are male. How many of them would actually be honest?

It would be nice if a user's relationship status were visible. (Attached/Single etc.) Is there a reason not to have this? TIA
