Ya the pictures up load sucks

We stopped approving the app pictures a long long time ago because the “website approval accuracy” kept falling when we knew we were very accurate on the ratings, then they took away the desktop approval. Oh well.

<p>We process pictures twice a day every day. If your pictures have been pending for more than 24 hours, please delete them and re-upload. Something went wrong. </p>

The question is .. will it come up sideways as all of ours have since the upgrade... then deleted all !

Just looked at a profile, 15 pictures, 11 of them sideways or upside down, that’s right I said upside down. How classy and professional is that for the site, very sad!

@RonKathy. SLS. Has a developer? I thought it was Wayne just saying we are updating the site and of course nothing is upgraded. He is the perfect politician: tells you what you want to hear but never acts to fix the problem.

and there you have it... same old and nothing fixed.. we too have new photos to be uploaded from recent trips and playtime.. but not doing it ref problems with sideways photos.. an embarrassment and its not addressed by SLS developer !

I just uploaded a bunch of photos for a Personal Album. I did this from a windows Desktop. Some of my pictures are posted sideways. Not Apple. Not mobile.

Yes Wayne we have talked and you said several things including using a photo app and turning and saving them.. .. but why send them to YOU when we never had to prior.. sorry Wayne its still an SLS issue not iphone as we had in past for all 8 years..and everyone of our photos are from iphones

The developer should fix not you guys .. this is just an excuse no matter how you try and spin it. We are on other sites and they have no problem loading the photos . Just look at ALL the profiles now with sideways photos.. its almost embarrassing... and YES Iphones are the main way people have taken photos and will continue to take photos now

Once again.. its not a fix but a work around what you want by sending iphone photos to CS or use an app to redo them , save them etc.

The sideways issue is a mobile issue and specifically Apple products. I have tested this to be 100% fact. If you upload a picture and it is sideways, the Lifetime members are supposed send it to staff to rotate. We would then rotate it and post it correctly. If the Lifetime members are approving them sideways, there is not much I can do. They aren't following the guidelines.</p>

Not at ALL WAYNE.. just uploaded 2 again just now they turned sideways.. wow! Look at our pending ones.. or probably someone will approve sideways ones.. are you kidding me!

Never ever had this issue before updates and developer involved again.. never! Loading photos the same way for 8 years!

We want to load more pics but until this issue of screwed up loading is resolved I am not even going to bother. Our membership expires in a couple of months. I will be thinking long and hard about giving anymore money to SLS.

we just loaded 2 more new photos.. both came out sideways on SLS site again.. so when will "Developer" solve this issue.. never had a problem loading in 8 years before the updates!

Lately when you sign on, it's not "I wonder who viewed our profile?", it's more like "I wonder what is broke today, oh yes, that's right galleries and pics."

Gallery is blank, no pictures

Yeah Thumbnail pictures are all showing here (Sunday 5/30/21) But no actual pictures will load from the database when you select one....

FYI, when you click on the Galleries tab in someone’s profile, you get a blank window.

And always worse on the weekends. They must really want us to all give blind dating a try

The hamster must be on strike again, because his wheel isn't powering the website. It seems that at least every Saturday morning all pics turn black. If there was just a simple REAL explanation give it would be acceptable. However silence shows their guilt.

Please don't tell me to clear the cache on my browser. That's the oldest customer service bs there is for online businesses to pass the issue off onto the consumer. Fix the damn website. It's been months of this.

<p>Anyone who has issues uploading pictures can email them to me at: pictures@swinglifestyle.com. Include your profile name and if you want the pictures to be public, private or personal and I will get them posted for you and/or let you know the issue. These are the steps I take and they always work:</p>

<p>1) I use a simple name: P1, Priv1, PE1, etc...</p>

<p>2) I convert the file to JPG (the site sometimes has an issue with PNG files).</p>

<p>3) I reduce the image to a smaller size.</p>

<p>Now, NONE of the steps above should be necessary, but when you are having issues, one or more of them will almost always solve the problem.</p>
