I made a very benign comment about this yesterday and was reprimanded for violating the rules and my comment deleted. They seem to be very sensitive about folks basically showing their displeasure of not getting value for their dollar. Yet, they refuse to admit to problems. I guess if you dont accept that there are problems, you dont have to fix them!
