Yes, well, that would require putting in a little more code to make you the exception to the no on couples and men. So, that won't be happening. But, hey, you and everyone else can see your hot date on your profile. ;-)

Why not fix things that are poorly designed/broken instead?
I understand the SDLC. I get how frustrating it can be to implement change in an organization where people think everything is fine. But come on. This site looks like it was set up in 1998, and the navigation is worse.

Never mind looks like they fixed the issue, no longer can see our hotdate on our profile due to the posting restriction. Good job!

oh well back to blocking couples from seeing our profile again until the hot date profile toggle is instituted, what a dumb design decision.....

<p>Your Hot Date tab will show your prior 2 days (from the current date) hot dates and future hot dates. It will not show any older than 2 days.</p>

Wayne. Is this a permanent record of all your hot dates posted or does this listing go away once the hot date has expired?

Once again, this is SLS pretending to know what all swingers want and not taking into account their paying customers opinions.

Some may find this a useful feature, others an unnecessary intrusion.

There is a simple solution, allow us to toggle it on or off as we choose, like the WVM feature.

Can you make that happen Wayne?

Hello, like Goodgolly we are not a fan of it. We travel and sometimes post a hot date but don't want everyone back home to know our business. I wish you had an option to turn it off if you don't want it but when we wrote sls they sent a canned message that said they are trying to make the website more useable. Guess they don't use the term discretion

Also, I have comprehensively ruled out a couple because of something in the Hot Date attached to their profile, which I wouldn't normally have seen since it was just for single men. So, yay, good for me, but I suspect this was not the intent of this feature nobody asked for.

I'm not sure who thought this was a good idea or why, but I'm not a fan.

I only use hot date when I'm traveling and don't see any need for anyone not in the locale I'm visiting to know my plans. And it freaks me out more than a little to know that what I'm doing and where I'm going will now be pubic information.

Why did you restrict who can see the hot dates in the hot date section by the poster's preference but not on profile? Makes the whole privacy feature moot now doesn't it?

<p>As some of you noticed, a new feature has been added to profiles. At the top of your profile is a Hot Dates tab. Within that tab, it will list all of your posted Hot Dates.</p>

<p>There is also a Hot Dates summary section on the bottom right corner of your profile that will show the two most recent Hot Dates that you have posted, the total number of Hot Dates you have and that section will also provide a link to your Hot Dates tab page.</p>
