I am now at 110% and usually at 120%. SLS is ONLY site where I have a problem and that is only in messages. Elsewhere on SLS there are no problems

Just got a support area message where I had to reduce resolution to 80% to read to bottom of message.

So problem is in TWO places on SLS, the regular message system and support ticket area messages. Support is rejecting my profile update because I say I do not want to respond to messages as it is tedious to change resolution back and forth

If the developers have done their job properly, the resolution shouldn't matter. Another likely developer error is in not accounting for screen magnification. Not every user can read mice type at 100%.

<p>You should not have to adjust the screen zoom. I'm thinking this may have something to do with your screen resolution. Maybe if you have an older computer or video card? I am using 1920 x 1080 resolution, which is generally the current standard. </p>

The messages we've received are still showing up blank when we click on them. This has been ongoing for well over a month now.

If you change screen resolution messages may show up.

I sometimes have to change screen resolution to 90% or lower

Any updated expérience with messages?

Are older messages deleted? I had exchanged messages pre-pandemic and now not in my message folder.

If I or they delete old messages from our folder, are they deleted from the other folder?

Where did the Message conversations go? We see them in the preview, nut when we click on a conversation, it is blank.

Why does SLS make it so hard to connect with others through the web site?

Its the same with us too. We knew that we chatted with this couple, and we have that in our notes. But when we went back to the message, there is no history of it at all.

It took some time to introduce the messege history. Now we have the history but we cannot see our last conversation. It is trapped behind the messege box we write in. It will not scroll up to view.
