Messages not going through

And the messages are down again...

Fix the messaging issues or allow users to post kik address, etc, which actualky work and are free. We pay for a service and should receive 100% access to the features we are being billed for.

I was just able to get into the messages (9:40am)

Same crap for me for 2 hours. How about getting it fixed

Wayne, " Nothing you have posted...indicates it is a site problem"? A bunch of users from all over using different networks, browsers, or the app, are all seeing the same messages loading spinning wheel and the problem's at our end? We beg to differ.

Yup, messages just spinning….First chat went, now messages. Best they can do is blame devices, networks and anything else they can think of besides the site.

Not only can't open/ send messages. Can't create a ticket either! Says Error Creating Ticket!

Click on messages see the spin spin spin spin, but they never open. Even on a day they are opening it has such a delay half the time I'm doing the reboot when it starts to open. Submit a ticket????? If I was on the phone with a mechanic and told him my car would NOT start and he said okay drive it in and I'll look at it ........

Can't open a message I received, not the first time for this. Reloaded, restarted, tried 3 different browsers, all with the same results, so it is the site.

Not so far today, but yesterday I got a 50% failure rate.

Is the messaging system down again? I'm tryin to reply to a message but my reply keeps disappearing. I did remember to do the cut and paste thing after the first failure, but after trying 4 or 5 times I'm giving up and saving the message on wordpad for later. Messaging had been working pretty good of late, but we're back to not working at all. Anyone else having same issue today? M

I can't send messages either, question is, are we going to be compensated for the lost time, if we can't contact other members what is the point in keeping the subscription active??????
