<p>The issue with mail history not showing has been corrected now (just updated a few minutes ago). In the process of this fix, they archived messages over a year old, so you will not see any one year or older. There was an issue where some newer thread also got removed. That will be corrected.</p>
A few weeks ago SLS deleted some message threads - when I submitted a support ticket asking about it they claimed the reason was because of spam. Not sure why messages have disappeared this time.
Only thing in common with all the message threads of mine that have disappeared was that they contained many, long messages.
Although some of the really short message threads may have disappeared without my knowledge if it's not someone I regularly keep in contact with.
Just checked our messages, and there are conversations with couples that have vanished. There's now a blank message screen for that couple when I know there's been a conversation.
