As for "hall pass", not going to go down that rabbit hole with management or anyone here right now when making great progress on perhaps more important definitions that we feel should be added.

Having said that, Wayne. Please consider the following and edit as you see fit:

Cuckold: The husband of an adulterous wife/girlfriend. Often (but not always) seeking to please his partner's needs in a weak, effeminate, inadequate or subservient way allowing others to take complete control over his partner and/or both of them.

Cuckqueen: A cuckquean is a wife or girlfriend of an adulterous husband/boyfriend. A cuckquean is the gender-opposite of a cuckold.

Fluffer/ Fuffing: When play partners need extra help with "arousal" in play situations, they are f"luffed" beforehand and/or during engagement. The fluffer (male or female) is usually just there for the job of either giving a hand or blow job, guiding penetration, or kissing or licking while others are having sex. Switching of fluffing duties is common in the lifestyle.

Wayne!

Thank you so much for responding. See we have some other responses to read through in this thread before, but really appreciate the reply. We'll put some thought into this and send another reply. Appreciate your interest in our suggestion!

Thanks again.

Kandk, totally agree. it would be a totally different story if the wife didn't play at all! There ate plenty of wives out there who also play solo. It's only a misrepresentation if you don't read and communicate which is user error.

Wayne, That’s a terrible and extremely inaccurate analogy. It a couple has a car and one wants to stay home and the other wants to go out alone is synonymous with a hall pass. SMH

Yes, it would. If a couple buys a car and later decides that one wants to go one place andthe other go another place, they would have to buy another car. The dealer isn't going to add technology so their car breaks in two to go to separate locations. This isn't a Galaxy-Class starship with a separating saucer section. :)

Dick4u, I'd call that bi-friendly? But, many people get upset when it's state "the male half isn't bi-friendly but incidentally touching during a mfm happens" they're seen as homophobic many times.

Yes, but it costs extra. I would understand if it was only the male playing solo and the wife never involved. I think if it's both couple and solo, specific wording "we're interested in playing with you guys as a couple" or the male reaching out as "interested in playong solo, let me know what you think" nips everything in the bud. In my old singles profile, I mentioned "not interested in people with a hall pass" but still got messages from them. Everyone will always get messages from people that glaringly don't fit with what were looking for. 90% of messahes i get are from people that is an automatic No if they'd just read the profile. Which from what i read is prevailant with everyone

Technically, they do need to have separate accounts. Note that this is not some random policy that SLS created because we are jerks. This is a policy of your peers. When someone is only interested in couples, they get upset when a couple profile sends them a message and says that they have a hall pass to play alone.

I'm not sure why "hall pass" people need a new acct as single. Do couples who play together as well as solo need a separate acct? I'd feel much better reading that on a couples acct as apposed to a separate singles acct.

The 1st on AC/DC... has anyone else heard that term? I think expanding on the various "bi-flavors" would be beneficial as many of us don't identify as bi-sexual or bi-curious. If a person would never have a romantic relationship with someone of the same sex, can they truly be bisexual? If they're only comfortable and interested in the "waist up" can they even be bi-either? It's good to be upfront if you're only interested in the "pillow princess". As for the "unicorn" definition, many don't like that term.
Bi-any subset is frowned upon many truly bisexual people as well. Because this shouldn't be a judgy place /sarcasm.

RonKathy:

Completely agree with a well written profile, and a common sense understanding of certain things. But the point of the thread is the definitions page as a resource for terminology that's perhaps a little more new and obscure for people new to the lifestyle. Which we think is a good thing.

KandK and sorillo:

We did not know that. Thanks for the heads up. Don't agree with that solution or the assumed reasoning behind it, but their site, their rules I suppose. And the other examples were/are still perfectly reasonable in our opinion. Some are staple terms in the lifestyle.

Sorillo, The rules here are apparently taped to a Roomba. Too funny!

And before that, having a single profile in addition to a couples profile would get one or both shut down hard.

Good luck with getting hall pass added. Wayne here says that with a hall pass situation, that half of the couple needs to make a new account for that.

First of all, really appreciate that this site has a page like that. We find quite often that many people in their profiles and/or in the forums confuse certain terminology and that in turn really confuses the dialog. BUT, we've noticed that there are a number of really big omissions from that page, in addition to tons of smaller ones. For example: poly, cuckold, cuckqueen, fluffing, bare/bareback, gangbang/GB and hall pass just to name a few big ones not on there. Seems like a little improvement to that page would take minimal effort, no?
