IM Default Display Order Now .wtf?

It happened to us earlier today but now new IM's are at the top. Hope SLS fixed the glitch.

I first noticed that a few days ago but it doesn't happen every time I log in, but if it happens the first time, it happens every time you click on "Messages" during a login session.

The problem with that theory is that even alluding to competing websites in the forums or your profile will cause a kneejerk reaction from the site admins. Hanlon's Razor is way more applicable here.

I just came to the forums to make the same complaint. It seems that messages already get lost in the shuffle more than ever before with the new system, and amazingly SLS has figured out a way to make it even worse!

I stand by my earlier "conspiracy theory": SLS must own another site and they want to destroy this one so they don't have to honor lifetime memberships when the traffic shifts to a competitor.

Sorry, it requires resorting every single time you click on the message tab.

Recent IM's used to be at the top, now it's sorted by who-knows-what-condition. It's not alphabetical, it's not by date, it's not by interest level, or geographical distance, or any discriminator (including star rating) that I can think of.

You can fix it by sorting "Recent" but I have to do it every time I log in? Srsly?

Searching for IM's in a system that I already abhor is like pouring salt into the wound, rubbing it vigorously with sandpaper, then adding hot sauce.
