Feedback for beta.swing.com

We need to be able to change our usernames easily, like on Fetlife.

For us, the new Beta site doesn't offer anything useful that we're not already satisfied with on the main SLS page. The new orange button just looks annoying on the permanent menu.
I hope that SLS isn't evolving into "Swing Beta". Or will this be like the highly touted "Friends" button that hasn't delivered on any of its promises?
Can I unsubscribe from the Beta and remove the orange eyesore button, please?

New format looks nice and updated. we reviewed our profile. we made an edit and when we tried to save it, the window that opened to save, was not stable and bounced in and our of view. Had to time the click when it appeared quickly. It did save the changes, (yes to definitely) but was a hassle to use.

Agree with others that putting ages or a pop with ages would be a good thing, when you look at other's profile window in the list of who's on etc.

When on any of the different sections like who's on, who viewed me, newest matches, in the overlay put the AGE on there of who we're looking at in their profile photo.

Notes radio button is missing.

On the old message system, it shows the calendar date the message was sent / received. On the new message system it just shows “3 days” ago. Please change the Beta system to show the actual date sent / received.

This is too much like the App and it sucks. I don't want you to pre determine if I only want to see people with pictures or not. At least the app gave more filter options. I do not like this at all

One the old message system a member sent photos and I can see them. On the new system the photos do not show. You have to click the photo icon, and then it never loads.

For photos, you could consider as a couple other sites do, have a section that would be open for all other "paid members"

Also the match algorithm needs a fix - it seems to be just listing peeps in the area, not at all based on any physical, sexual, personal interests

The photo section does not have the ability to create sub folders by category - the old site did at least, except in the public folder - which would have been an improvement.
Seperate folders are needed in each category!

The notes field is missing from profiles, we use it all the time on all sites that we are on except the one that does not offer it.
If that is not in the plans - then the site is going backwards.

If your looking to improve matches then you need to improve and have a proper section to describe ability to "separately each specify":
a) better physically what we each are looking for, shape, weight, etc
b) the age range we are each looking for

Then you say our profile is only 75% filled out - when every item and box has been filled?

Your missing the Travel section, if adding it there should be the option for "personal travel" to be posted, not just you and promoters promoting their own thing.

Who’s on does not show the same profiles. The Beta site shows fewer profiles.

We did have rooms for each state and very few people were using them. Adding rooms is super easy. I can just do that from the admin panel, but members were not using those rooms. </span></p>

Please show "desired age" in the thumbnails. This is very important to us as we don't want to waste our time (and your bandwidth) clicking on profiles that are likely not interested in us for being in a different age group.

Chat rooms that are city/state specific. For States with low membership, you could just do the state. For states with a higher concentration of members they could also be broke down to sections of the state. For example, Florida could have North Florida, Central Florida, and South Florida.

On SLS's who viewed me, one can see which profiles viewed our profile that don't have a profile picture. This does not seem the case on the new site. Is there a way to see those who viewed us that don't have a profile pic?

Would be great to have the ability to filter or sort messages by unread.

Please add the star ratings to profiles

Would love to be able to upload some videos or at least gifs

Ability to mark a message as unread would be nice.

<p>On the new site, you can select the "Compact Cards" option and change it to either "Tall Cards" or "Wide Cards" to see most of the same information that the Flyover has. We will be adding more info to those views as well.</p>

The flyover on the main page doesn't seem to be there but works when in the forum area/

Same here Wayne as Travelers, profile shows 75% complete.. will wait and see how it comes along but also cannot see other photo galleries , guess its in the works .. I get it.

<p>We plan on adding some sort of mode that will not show pictures or the logo so you can use it more discreetly in a public place.</p>

<p>I will check into the side menu. It should be opened and show on larger screens. On smaller screens, it is difficult to show everything because space is limited.</p>

<p>On the current site, you can customize your default homepage. For example, you can set it to the Forums. We may be able to add somethng like that to the new site.</p>
