Beta recommendation

I'd like to see a NOTES section - it's nice to keep to track of those I've written to, responded to, not interested in or met.

<p>We can add a feature that someone opens your message, but it is impossible for anyone to know if they actually read the message. We would most likley also need to allow people to opt out of that for their privacy. </p>

It would be nice if we could tell if a message has been read, I think way back when that was possible

<p>Adding note to the tall and wide cards (Thumbnails) is underway. </p>

<p>Adding info about messaging history will be discussed, it is a great idea but may be very taxing on the database.</p>

It would be nice if every time you mouse over a profile, your notes for that profile would come up in a box, regardless of what page you are on.

It would also be nice if there was some sort of indicator on a corner of a profile avatar to indicate if you had messaged that member previously & if they had responded.

There are some profiles that indicate they are interested in single males, but when you open them and read several paragraphs, it becomes obvious that they are not. It would be nice if there were a way to flag these as not single male friendly so that a guy would be able to avoid wasting his time reading half a page before figuring it out.

It would be nice if the Who's On feature had an option to indicate that you are looking for a quick hook up right now.

It would be nice if the sex stories had an option to send feedback to the writer. Perhaps this feature would need the writer to opt in.

<p>The Like option is being discussed and will be available at some point in the near future.</p>

<p>'Inline' images for messages is on our list. This would allow members to use their camera or photos to send pictures privatly through messages and/or chat without review or delay. This process has legal concerns and we must be diligent to protect our members as well as our site and reputation. This and many other new options will only be available on swing.com</p>

The LIKE option, or some other way to express interest, is a huge part of making new members sign up. You should definitely implement something along those lines. It's always been the most frustrating aspect that was lacking.

The UI is much improved but lacking the ages kind of sucks.

Another highlight - Reason when most of us prefer to take our conversations to third party messaging services like Kik, telegram etc is to share more recent pics to verify.
I think giving us the option to share media in chats or messages will help curb that issue

<p>Thanks for the complements, we are workng hard on it. It has taken enourmous effort to do this and maintain continuity with the app and swinglifestyle.</p>

<p>The notifiations should already exist on swinglifestyle and will be added to swing as we progress.</p>

I’ve been very vitriol in the past about how archaic (especially the UI and it’s navigation) and unreliable this platform has been. In light of this BETA, I must give credit where it is due -THIS IS GIANT LEAP INTO MODERNITY!
It is sleek, intuitive, easy to navigate, almost minimalistic and fast.
With that out of the way here are observations and recommendations.

1. There is a button in profiles to unlock private photos but I can’t seem to find on for personal. Maybe it’s in the pipeline and yet to arrive.

I hope there will be a Notification Center (Alerts on the legacy site) which alert us of activities including when someone adds us as friends and especially when they unlock their galleries for a user. In some cases, I have found that some people’s way of showing interest is by opening their galleries.

1. Finally, I hope there will be a like button to like profiles.
