House parties

We have found a house party is much like a hotel suite party. Both are smaller groups with a higher expectation of something happening than say at a club party. In our experience it has mainly been same room "group" encounters. Not quite an orgy as people do "pair off" (even more than a pair) but while some go to a room in general with say a dozen couples in a 3 bedroom house ( if you can use all the bedrooms) that leaves quite a few waiting for a room to clear or sharing a bed, couch, or wherever.

We have done many things, but we haven’t been to a house party before. We received an invitation to join a group and go to their house parties. As a general rule what can we expect? I’m sure it will be easy going and no pressure but what will be going on. In my mind I can only imagine as the night progresses people will start finding a place to and get busy, but maybe not?
