Game night ideas?

We just bought Privacy. We liked the questions. Going to try it at a vanilla party. But we are just going to pass out cards, and talk about the questions.

CAH is our absolute "Go-To" to get things started (after the hot tub of course). Reader gets to choose the winner, the other two players (assuming it's two couples) have to pay a forfeit. Seated Girl/Boy/Girl/Boy, there's ample opportunity for the ladies to gang up on the guys, or for someone with foresight (like me) to possibly lose more hands than they should in order to pay a penalty, and the group makes up the penalties. If I'm losing, and the Mrs. is handing out penalties, I'll be naked and paying forfeits in short order, and vice versa when the shoe is on the other foot (or tossed in the corner with the rest of the clothes) You can gauge your playmate's comfort level pretty fast, and they can push things forward as quickly as they like.

Uno Dare is another good one. On the wild cards you can choose to either draw two cards, or take a dare. They get an opportunity to back out if it's getting too intense, but the game can also move rapidly to what is hopefully everyone's destination - a happy pile of naked people on a bed/floor/couch/hot tub.

Some will say Cards Against Humanity. For a Vanilla crowd it is fun but we have not had good luck playing that with a couple we were trying to get in to bed.
