Personally, I'm starting to believe that the D's don't actually want to impeach, they want to threaten to impeach for the next two years, to keep POTUS off kilter and playing defense to whatever the accusation-of-the-day and prevent him from doing anything effective. They hope this strengthens their position in 2020. POTUS may at some point call the bluff, either impeach or move on, they both know the Senate won't vote to remove him from office so the theatrics are really without substance. Trump may be ballsy enough to pull it off, but it depends on whether his ego allows it. I think it may happen sooner rather than later.

Starr was an 'Independent Counsel', Mueller was a 'Special Counsel'. they both took the role of DA, and that is a Prosecutor. All prosecutors tell one side of a story.

As far as indicting a sitting President, that's pretty much open for debate, or would you like to point me to the part of the Constitution that forbids it. Yes, 2 administrations have taken the position, but that's to be expected.

Congress doesn't indict, they impeach.

Mueller is part of the Washington DC Status Quo. For years and years the status quo has been business as usual in Washington. That's the reason I refer to them as Shirts (Democrats) and Skins (Republicans). Over promise, rarely if ever deliver and create the faux courage when they are the party out of power. Case in point? Who screamed the loudest about the National Debt last year? Duh.....the Shirts. Who will scream the loudest about it this year? Duh.....the Skins. The result? $22,334,661,295,999 and GROWING. Assuming 100% of the Shirts want Trump impeached, I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say ~85% of the Skins secretly want it as well. Like any major Corporation it's all about protecting the brand. In Washington DC the Shirt and Skin brand is BAU and blame the other side. Mueller is just a symptom of a much larger problem.

A Republican lead Congress. The Congress of The United States can indict a sitting President. The AG cannot. He can use the word "Guilty" as many times as he wants. His employer wanted him to use the word. Who is biased in your statement?

Ken Starr used the world 'Guilty' 11 times on 11 counts in his report on Bill Clinton. Mueller is a hack. It's not his job to 'clear' the President. It's his job to present ONE side' one biased side.

SAR - not surprising you gave a pure political answer. If I listen to the Shirt Congressmen/women this isn't political, it's about the ongoing Constitutional Crises the country is in. Mueller just gave San Fran Nan everything she needed on a silver platter. Me? The longer the Shirts play this out, the more political it appears.
