Different recipes and dishes require different sizes and textures of meats, like bite size or ground up, and without the bones and surrounding tissue/gristle.

Grind the beef chuck, hundreds of other dishes can be prepared. Grind the organs, make sausages.

Like why you cut, chop, dice, trim and liquify fruits and veggies.

How you present foods (meats, vegetables, fruits, bread, garnish, etc) on the plate makes the dish complete.

You don't see the entire cow leg or head in the soup pot or on the dinner table for many reasons for your dumb ass question.

Part of the Democrats plan to make everyone fat and sick so they demand the govement take over healthcare so they can afford the cost of keeping their fat sick bodies alive. A vegan diet that is high in vegetable fat is almost as bad a the average American diet high in meat and vege fat.
