2024 Election

Do you mean about the protagonist who works for the "Ministry of Truth Social?" And who eventually is taught to believe that 2 + 2 = 5? I think you should go back and re-read it.

Uh... you keep kinda just made my point for me... remember the part where the neighbor ran out of razors, even though rations had been reported as going up. He couldn't figure it out, because he was being told one thing and experiencing something else...

Your gut telling you something, should not be ignored... the entire point of that book is to question the establishment in all things and be able to distinguish between truth and facts* that are provided by the established media.

Love idiocracy , I just have an old undergraduate degree in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering . Biggest thing I learned in college was I learned I don’t even know what I don’t know . ….Idiocracy kind of depicts the Liberals.

@fun I have a Phd in Physics from an Ivy League University. I scored in the top 0.5% consistently on my standardized tests all throughout my life. And yes, I did find the time to see the movie Idiocracy. Have you? It's a good movie.

@Marion,

you do realize you just summed up the plot to Orwell's 1984? I mean... quite beautifully...

Do you mean about the protagonist who works for the "Ministry of Truth Social?" And who eventually is taught to believe that 2 + 2 = 5? I think you should go back and re-read it.

All I was saying is that no matter what anyone tells you, do your research. Don't trust your gut, don't trust anyone who tells you they are telling you the truth, get in and do the hard work to figure out what is the actual underlying truth. Look at multiple sources, across all points of view. Think critically. Is what they are trying to tell me for some ulterior motive? And especially don't trust anyone that gives you papers named "Pravda," aka, "Truth", as the Soviet Communists shoved down people's throats. I think this also applies to someone who calls their media company "Truth Social." Anyone who does that is automatically IMHO suspicious, because they are implying that what they say are the truth and hope that I just take them at their word.

No matter what anyone says, 2 + 2 should always equal 4. Unfortunately, you've been snookered by people telling you a metaphorically that 2 + 2 = 5.

Richards, TX

@MCC , that was a true fact ……or as the movie Idiocracy . ..
@SN , have you seen the movie Idiocracy , a funny good movie.

"determine what are the actual facts,"

From the climate retard party.

As Tucker Carlson said .If you see or hear something you don't believe . Believe your gut.

This is really advice that propagandists love. They love people that don't do research to determine what are the actual facts, because then they can make them believe anything whether it is true or not.

If anyone thought the cabinet during his first term was nuts, wait til RFK Junior, Musk and the kids return. Buckle up.

**********

"Rumors began circulating on Thursday, November 7, that Musk had bought the Ford Motor Company. If true, Musk, the CEO of Tesla, would have greatly expanded his automobile empire in one fell swoop. However, Ford has come forward to say any such rumors are just that, rumors.

"We don't have much to say here other than the story's totally false," Ford spokesperson Ian Thibodeau said to MySA.

The rumors appear to have been started by AI generated YouTube videos that claim Musk has bought the over 100-year-old motor company.

Musk notoriously bought Twitter for $44 billion in 2022, transforming the company into X and devaluing the company to $9.4 billion. Ford meanwhile has a valuation of 164.3 billion.

In theory, an acquisition of Ford would eliminate a rival for Musk but would give him a dangerous monopoly in the auto world."

"Let me ask this. If your beloved internet source told you that your grass was red instead of green. Would you go and repeat that or actually walk outside and look at your fuckin yard?"

The Internet was created to transmit research info, research data, etc, between universities and amongst military bases.

Some choose to read multiple articles and research and develop deductive reasoning.

Others need a few sentences and sound bytes. Some let talking heads and Murdock's Billion Dollar Baby do the heavy mental lifting for them.

"Damn you're a fuckin moron. Nobody was voting on president pastor."

You are not even half as smart as you think are.

Nobody has ever made the mistake of referring to you as being intelligent.

Even ppl that don't like me know I'm not the moron you claim.

You've even stated numerous times that you don't read or do any type of research.

“ Damn you're a fuckin moron”
An imbecile calling someone a moron? Priceless

: D

Oh yeah and 2 outdoor? I have no beloved source of internet information. I take the topic and then look for research articles from peer reviewed journals.

Do you understand what a peer reviewed source of data is? Because it looks as if you have no clue.

If i want some information about economics you are the next to last person i would consult.

If i want information about construction fasteners you would be worth asking.

Stamford, CT, Us

Unlike you, i do check my information. Even if i agree with and like what’s being said.

You comment on topics without reading or research. Do you think any advances in technology were accomplished without research? Lol

Stick to swinging a hammer.

Eugene, OR, Us

@2out. You are absolutely correct.

Montpelier, OH, Us

@window...As long as you never read anything you are in your safe space. It’s small minded. A great fit for you.

I'd rather believe what is right in front of me than something I've read on some internet source.

Let me ask this. If your beloved internet source told you that your grass was red instead of green. Would you go and repeat that or actually walk outside and look at your fuckin yard?

My guess for you is that you would repeat it and claim the rest of us are color blind.

@8...In a nutshell, a lot of Christians are in denial of the fact T.Diddy is not truly a man of God/gods

Damn you're a fuckin moron. Nobody was voting on president pastor. Paint it however you want. The left played their hand and got 2020. Then the nation started to see the reality of that hand and called bullshit. The lefts agenda is not the PROGRESS that you claim but rather a REGRESS from what the majority of American people want.

Montpelier, OH, Us

@sn...Since around Jan 2023, wages have been rising much faster than inflation, increasing people's buying power.

Damn I just love seeing this BULLSHIT statement repeated and repeated over the last 4 years. It is BULLSHIT!

Just like many other things you libs keep quoting from whatever damn internet source you want. The shit you love to read and quote from the net just doesn't match reality.

Yes there are always "SOME" that no matter the economy they have a nice increase in pay. But I am willing to wager any number you want that if you would actually go fuckin talk to 1000 everyday working people from a variety of jobs. Your belief in these internet numbers would crumble.

There's a bunch of you that are absolutely no different than Mickey. You're just reading from different internet sources.

So here's a suggestion. Give your google search engine a rest and GO TO THE FUCKING STORE!

BTW. More than 1/2 the country agrees with me.

"What strikes me as quite interesting is how they are on here claiming how great Biden was.

If shit was so great. Why did the dems lose so fuckin badly?"

Who said it was great? Sounds like your words.

They lost because millions of voters from both sides chose not to vote. And millions of ppl didn't care that T.Diddy is a felon that stole govt documents, has no plan for all the things he's claiming he can do.

In a nutshell, a lot of Christians are in denial of the fact T.Diddy is not truly a man of God/gods

One need to understand the leftist position is religious, There's no reason or accountability behind it,

Montpelier, OH, Us

@someone... I have learned that seeing liberals whine about being crushed and humiliated in the election has a joyous, uplifting, and deeply satisfying effect on me, almost orgasmic!

While not quite orgasmic I TOTALLY agree!

What strikes me as quite interesting is how they are on here claiming how great Biden was.

If shit was so great. Why did the dems lose so fuckin badly?

tbrmskss is a data scientist, but clueless and against reality. The conclusion is?....
