See that is where you’re incorrect. Florida just held a vote on abortion Rights. The majority of the state (through their vote) believes there should be some Rights. However the state law makers declared that 60% of the voters have to agree with it.

What it took away here in Louisiana is doctors will not treat a pregnant woman who has complications for fear of arrest. A woman who tries to leave the state for treatment can be charged. Women have died from complications from a miscarriage.

Geography shouldn’t dictate whether a woman gets emergency medical care or not.

You hear “abortion” and think baby killer but women’s health is at risk, even if they want to have a baby.

Overturning Roe is more than putting the decision back to the states. It has given states the permission to be cruel.

You wan to make abortion illegal in your state. Fine. Do it. But to prosecute woman from your state that choose to travel in order to have an abortion is inhumane.

And do not for one second think that legislation for a national ban will not be introduced in the next two years.

If you dive a little deeper into legalized abortion, you will find it was a tool by the democratic party to kill blacks in the womb. The founder of planned parenthood was a well known bigot and quoted as saying it was her contribution to the white race.

It was reversed by Conservative justices. The founding fathers had always wanted a system of check and balances and curently there will not be any checks or balances. Its all one big lopsided mess.

If anyone actually does a historical look a at abortion, you will find a sad tale of how it was born from an ugly attempt to keep schools segregated in the south. They (evangelicals) needed to place their own politicians and judges in place and they did it by bringing up a topic that they knew would get everyone up and arms. Prior to the Roe v Wade made its meteoric climb up the political charts, it had been legal everywhere in the US. This is about control. Control of how to make sure anyone but WASPs actually succeed and thrive in this country.

Uhm.... I'm pretty sure the supreme court reversed it's decision on RvW, not DJT.... and ..... I'm also pretty sure that decision was kicked back to the States. So.... per the Constitution of the United States.... if you want different laws, elect different legislative representatives & change the law.
