Watching the sun coming up out of the east on the back of our boat on a
summer Sunday morning

Watching one of the best hitters in our league chase my slider for strike 3, and then have him whiff on a high fastball for another K three innings later.

If I were there I'd do cartwheels with her, cartwheels are fun :)

Watching my daughter do cartwheels while she waits for her baseball game to begin. Pure joy in motion.

SP: A cool evening for a ride over to the intercoastal bridge that crosses the Indian River, or as we affectionately refer to it, Mosquito Lagoon. No mosquitos tonight though. Just a nice breeze, perfect for a walk.

SP- laying on my man's chest, talking about our day.

SPs the strength to mow the lawn, a sunny day, tea in hand, relaxing in the backyard with my Blue Tick....yep, life is good

Just sent Tink off to the slave mine . . . sitting on back patio, coffee in hand, listening to the birds singing and trying to decide whether to finish the gazebo over the new hot tub or back the Harley out and go for a ride . . . decisions decisions decisions.

It ain't easy being retired!!!! LOL!!!!

SP - Napping on the couch last night waiting for my sweetie to get home. Getting awakened by kisses and then listening to his (mostly) awesome day which helped counteract my incredibly shitty one as he ate dinner. My honey then making me a drink and cuddling with me on the couch before giving me a long and luscious body massage to help drive away the stress caused aches and ickies....then giving me an even more luscious inner massage before falling asleep in each others' arms.

I don't know how simple it is, but the wedding went off without a hitch.

Whirlwind of activity, pictures ceremony, dinner, drinking...

Good thing I took the day off today...

SP - walking around outside nude with similarly attired people, in very comfortable weather conditions. Also, napping whenever I please, playing naked pool volleyball, and dining at our leisure. Yep, it's that kind of vacation!

Thanks for the memory tickler. One of my college GFs grew up on the water on the So shore of Boston. When her folks traveled, we'd drive down and spend the weekend moored in the harbor on their 27' Catalina. To this day, I have a Pavlovian disturbance in the force anytime I get near a marina.

I live away from the coast these days but was recently reminded how much I like the sound of halyards slapping against aluminum masts at a marina on a breezy day.
