Florida might have been 31st 5 days ago, but I can tell you that 4 days ago (as of June 26th) they were 29th in the country per capita. BTW a week before that they were 36th, and a week before that, 34th. So thanks to your Governor's brilliant plan to open up bars, churches, etc. you went from going the right direction to moving 7 places (along with Arizona and South Carolina) in the wrong direction in as many days.
