Getting older and penis shrinking

I was 8 inches now around 7 to 7 and a half. Depends on how hard I get. If I am tired I just don't get much more than 7 inches. Oh well, wife like it better now that it don't get to 8 inches.

I've noticed that my sex drive has declined a little over time, so the amount of sex will too. Assuming there are about 16 waking hours, in my younger years I'd spend about 15.5 of those thinking about sex. Now, I'm probably down to only 14 hours ;-)

The "use it or lose it" sounds about right. The desire/drive may not always be there like it once was but this is something where porn may actually help. There are times where I would be OK just going to bed and sleeping, but watch a little porn and that changes. There is so much free porn out there in a never ending supply. Doesn't cost anything to see if it helps and having sex more may help maintain size or even get some back.

I am 61 and have not really noticed any shrinkage, but there does seem to be some deviation +/- from time to time anyway, so it's hard to tell if I'm losing size or not. We do play a lot right now and hope to continue that trend so long as the health and opportunity hold.

I think it started in early 60's. Dissapoining but it is much better to be stiff in senior years than long.

Zippy, when did you feel it start shrinking?

When I was younger I had a 6 1/4" cock. Now 69yrs and down to 5 1/2". I have tried stretching devices but they are not very friendly to such a tender organ. They can and will cause damage.
My good news is that I still get very hard. So many guys have trouble with that so I feel fortunate even with a smaller cock.

It seems maybe that naturally stretching the feller would be better for it than pressure applications and the complications they potentially yield.

How Do I Do A Kegel Exercise?

As we get older we should eat lots of fruits, zinc, and vegetables.
Try to get your penis hard daily, but not to the point of climaxing. We need 48 to 72 hours to rebuild and reenergize. Kegel exercise are great for men and women. Kegel steps for men: Tighten and hold your pelvic floor muscles for five seconds (count 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand, 3 one thousand, 4 one thousand, 5 one thousand).
Relax your pelvic muscles. You have just done one Kegel exercise. You should plan to do 10 to 20 Kegel exercises three to four times each day.

I'm 62, and thought I noticed a difference in size from my younger days also. I mentioned it to Suz one day, and she laughed and said "It's still plenty big enough!" Around April or so, I started taking 5mg Cialis a day for BPH. Of course, an added benefit was that it caused my erections to be so hard a cat couldn't scratch it! BUT......I also noticed that not only did it got harder, but it was also the slightly larger size that it was when I was younger. Well now soon to be 67 and this sad fact of life is occurring. I was told it would happen
As I get older but geez it was just about average to begin with. I do have medical issues
Fighting cancer maybe that’s the cause also. But it is definitely causing me serious stress
The wife says she can still feel it LOL but I don’t really want to have intercourse anymore
And just prefer to have oral sex. Anyone else dealing with this issue?
