I agree that this group is by far the best group for info. You can also go to the hedonism webpage and see what groups are going when you want to go, and decide which group would be your best fit. Hedo changes from mild to wild, week to week, depending on the people and which groups are there at the time.
There are a number of regular posters who are also Hedo regulars and maybe they'll have better stories. I've only been once, earlier this month. I spent most of my time with people who had been vacationing there for 10-30 years, so I collected a lot of great stories. I also confirmed something I'd read many times before going: except for specific weeks, only about a third of the people at Hedo are swingers, while a third are non-swinging nudists. And while it's not uncommon to see someone getting a blowjob on the side of the nude pool or in the big hot tub, it's all significantly less off the chain than a bigger party at a swing club.
I heard after the fact about an orgy in one of the rooms close to the nude pool (they opened the drapes and the windows so there was a good view from the outside), saw lots of sex late at night in the hot tub, and there was some fairly vigorous activity in the playroom on the night I went there, including in the sort-of-dungeon, but, really, poolside oral sex notwithstanding, Hedo is actually a fun, safe, oddly wholesome place, where if you want to fuck on the side of the pool, nobody's going to stop you, and you might get an invitation to someone's room or to the playroom but you can also spend your entire vacation just having a great time with other people and happily having sex only with your partner.
Go with a group if you can find one that fits your needs. I didn't, but I also got lucky and was adopted by members of two different groups (I'll be joining one of them next year) and it made my vacation even better than it would have been otherwise. We are new to this and have never done anything specifically "lifestyle". We've been to a nude beach and webcammed. We had paid to go to a hotel takeover but had to cancel at the last hour. We were going to go to an "upscale" porn theater, only to find it was closed for renovation right before we left. We are hoping to go to Hedonism II this year to let loose a bit.
