Obviously everyone is definitely different when it comes to squirting. I have seen some women that squirt right out of the gate and others that may squirt after a couple of other orgasms (oral/vaginal) first. The same technique that makes one woman squirt is not universal. I have run into women that simply don't and never have squirted.
While it is extra fun for me if/when a woman does squirt, since more often that not this is happening with fingers, it's definitely more about whether the woman I'm playing with is enjoying things in general.
