Nude Yin Yoga is a slow, contemplative practice rooted in stillness, deep tissue release, and nervous-system regulation. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to soften gradually and the mind to follow, if you allow it to happen.

This is a quietly challenging practice for the mind as much as the body. You may be invited to notice your urge to fidget, distract, or pull away from sensation, and instead stay present with what arises: physical, emotional, or mental.

Practicing nude or in lingerie is an intentional choice; not for performance, but for authenticity, comfort, and body neutrality. Removing layers can support a felt sense of freedom, equality, and grounded presence within the group container.

This class emphasizes long-held Yin postures targeting fascia, joints, and connective tissue; quiet introspection and embodied awareness; and a calm, respectful environment rooted in mutual consent.

There is no sexual component to this practice. The atmosphere is intentional, spacious, and regulated. A place to rest deeply in your body as it is, without agenda or expectation.

Participants are welcome to practice fully nude, in lingerie, or partially clothed, according to what feels most aligned and safe for them. This class is ideal for those seeking a slow, embodied yoga experience within a body-accepting, consent-centered space.
