week old support ticket still no movement

Considering this was reported ~240 days ago and it's still an issue makes Wayne's comment even more laughable and proves the point. It takes that long to fix an issue? The chat has cams disabled because they're not working too.

The app feels like a totally different site to me. There are people on there I've never seen on here and people on here that I've never seen on the app. I pulled both up side by side and even the who's on is completely different simultaneously. I don't get it.

Agreed. The app is pretty useless. We’ve only used it a quick way to check messages. Support Tickets do NOTHING. We were submitting them, but it was always a canned response that you couldn’t reply to. IE: report an issue to get a reply saying the glitch is fixed, but it’s not and I can’t reply to show them. It’s futile

Hi I've noticed for a long time that in the Android app my "Who Viewed Me" section is only populated by singles, not couples. This is critical functionality for the app to have and so I have largely stopped using it (instead using mobile web).

I found this thread by searching the forum, and it seems it was a larger issue a long time ago. Has there been any progress? Is there a place we can report and follow bugs directly with the developer?

Second your admitting you know nothing about app development when you say things like “ The developers are doing a great job.”
If they were there would be a bug list available to users so we didn't report items over and over, they would have fixed this issue that you noted as a "known" problem already...
And lastly they would never have put out such an inferior app for public consumption you would be beta testing with a small group only not live on the platform.

So no they are not doing a great job.

I try to stay out of these types of threads, however, SAY WHAT??? This thread, like a previous thread, should be locked because of the spreading of misinformation. Under any circumstance, anybody that’s been on this site for more than a few weeks knows that statement is absolute and unequivocal fake news.

They want us to use the app and trust new features but they won't fix basic issues.
