SLS_Wayne: You mentioned that you yourself have gotten error messages as many here have gotten when trying to post in forums.

Today instead of error message got COMPLETELY BLANK screen when pressing submit.

So many problems sure seems like sabotage of what had been a very pleasant service to use

I just went on SLS via Firefox on my phone rather then the SLS app and was able to find Groups

I would just as soon that SLS kill the new App just like they did the old one. In fact if I ever start traveling the world again, I will delete the App just so some curious border guard doesn't need to look through my phone apps. I'll keep my Facebook App, as I don't care if they know I am old liberal, but they don't need to know our private activities. The only thing I use the App for is to see new messages, who viewed me, and public post to "My Feed/My Wall" I like using the public posts to my Wall because it is an uncensored way to expand our profile and to delete old posts. Once this ability moves to the web system, one less reason for the App. As for sending messages, I craft our messages the same way I did when the email system was in place. I draft our message in Word, then copy paste into a message, thus I don't care about the email versus messenger argument. Unless my response is less than one sentence, I do not use the app. As a Group Administrator I hate that I can't do anything related to our group, like inviting new members when seeing their profile via the App, or having members of the group indicate they are attending a private M&G or party.

Eroticamaker if they are going more towards the app it will need to upgrade access to features currently only available online a lot more. We caught heck trying to figure out why someone could not see the "Groups" feature until we realized they were using the app. Sure enough they went online, found the one we had been talking about and signed up for the party. As vitally important as clubs and groups having parties are to the swinging community the lack of access to those from the app is a huge problem. If the app offered the same features as the website we would likely use it more than just to check messages and it might make "The Wall" easier to accept as a new feature especially if as you say things work on the app that do not work online.

No date showing on postings on our wall

Public posts can only come from the App. In response to an issue on another forum, I think the Public Post limit is 50 miles not 25.

I saw over the weekend that the App got a major update, including date marking of Wall posts. However issues relating to the web site still exist, like Hide, public posts, etc which are still in limbo. It looks like the future of SLS is the App and those of us that would rather use the web site are left in limbo. Servers are also probably dedicated to the App, which is why the web site can not refresh or load new pages.

why do I see all sorts of wall posts on my page from people all over the place.... BUT, when I try to post something its only available to my "friends" only and the public option says "coming soon"....
