<p>I am not seeing any of that. Make sure your device is not blocking Javascript. Both the message system and ticket system are working when I use them.</p>

Amy and I are having the same issue. We can't contact tech support. We can't message people at all just goes to the message screen and nothing. Any update on when or if this will be fixed? I am also getting java script errors that my anti virus is catching saying. I already deleted the cookies etc and still popping up
<p>What exactly is the issue? The site having some really bad lag right now. Sometimes you have to wait a while for a page to load. The developers have been informed. </p>
An alert to tech support -- we got your message about our not being able to reply, and it seems we can't reply to that message either.
We're using Firefox on a laptop. Maybe that's the issue? We'll try later today/tonight using a tablet or mobile phone.
