Time frame for Upgrades

how about giving refunds till this site work 95% of the time

This site has become completely useless.

I'm guessing that the red alert Banner on the home page "SLS is undergoing upgrades, members may experience some downtime throughout the day." will be a permanent part of SLS's upgrades.........

Personally, we really dont care about upgrades and the time frame involved. We would be happy with a little honesty. A statement from SLS acknowledging that there are problems and that their attempts at fixing them havent worked. A work around that involves e mailing photos to a 3rd party isnt a fix! We digress! Thus we are taking the site offline for (?) and are going to do whatever is necessary to fix the problems and give our valued friends and customers blah, blah, blah.

don't worry, Wayne will delete this in 48 hours since you are talking against SLS. After all Wayne is an employee of SLS but he is just a forum moderator that deletes posts that talk bad about SLS. Too bad he can't get rid of all the complaints filed with the BBB.

Can anyone that runs this site provide any insight into when these "upgrades" will be in place and what they might actually be? All we are asking for is a website that actually functions 99% of the time. Yes, we too would like to see some of suggestions others have had but simply put, right now we'd settle for the site to function as its currently designed without chronic 404 errors or blacked out or sideways pictures. Is that really too much to ask for a service we have paid for?
