So, Eastside, are you complaining that other people are not going to receive training in how best to categorize photos? If you are at 98%, then you really don't have a problem yourself, just your concerns for others, am I correct in saying that?

Gary, I do that and my percentage is 98%. Yet I have no idea what is wrong with the others.

This is kind of reading comprehension. Look at the photo, read the criteria below the buttons, and then make the decision as to what button to hit. It can also be viewed as a progression - is it child safe, if no then is it also explicit, then hit that button. If you read and understand the criteria, then it becomes pretty easy.

I was concerned when I rated a number of photos and my percentage was 93. I then really took it serious and in an hour was about 97/98. I still refer to the criteria on some photos. The criteria could change at any given moment, then back, so it's a good idea to check.

I'm not an expert on this. There are probably critical things I don't know. However, I'm confident on everything I have stated here. You might try to appeal the determination or find some extra help.

Ron Kathy,

You ranting about something off topic combined with a profile with fake ages says a lot about your character.

Apple and google need to do a better job keeping minors off swinging sex sites..its that simple!

Never had this issue before court rulings! Per Wayne at CS: Per Waynes CS explanation..

Unfortunately, this is not something that can be easily defined with just words. When we hire someone to process pictures, it can potentially take weeks or months for them to get good at it. In the words of supreme court justice Potter Stewart (regarding an obscenity case), "I know it when I see it."

As a general guideline:

"Child Safe" should be completely 'G' rated.

"Not Child Safe" wouldbe 'PG' and 'R' rated pictures.

"Explicit" would be 'X' rated.

For the kissing example, it would be ifyou see open mouth or tongue (French kissing).

A bikini would depend on context. If you are by a pool or beach or lake, it could be Child Safe. If you are in a bedroom or bathroom I would rate it not child safe.

Lingerie would always be not child safe.

We have these rules in place to comply with laws and the policies of Apple and Google.

Ron Kathy, I understand that is your opinion, and it is not on topic. Please address your opinions in a more appropriate forum topic.

I wish we could see the photos we got wrong and how it was wrong so we can learn from it. Instead of banning those whose accuracy drops too low, it seems more appropriate to try to give them feedback so they can improve. That is no different than firing an employee who is not meeting productivity standards, but not telling them how they are falling short what they can do to improve. Wayne said in a different forum recently that it can take weeks or months for someone they hire to approve pictures to get good at it. Please give us an option for us to learn how to improve our approvals.
