<p>This happens if the other member submits their profile for deletion. When a member self-deletes their profile, it remains pending deletion for 5 days (in case they change their mind). During that time, their message thread will not show. After 5 days the profile is permenantly deleted unless they log back in during the 5 day period and restore their profile.</p>
Yeah, we sorted them alphabetically and it's still missing. Nowhere in the chat list but accessible if we go to the profile and click Message.
I've had multiple conversations where I've scrolled back, and conversation posts were out of order. Essentially, the timestamps on the server were fucked.
This was always on my cell, through the site.
The site sucks, admin is a chump.
We are currently missing at least one message chain with a profile from our inbox. We began a new conversation earlier today with a new profile. On our end, all messaging and navigation was done on mobile thru the SLS web page (i.e. NOT thru the app). Several messages went back and forth from both parties with no problems. All of a sudden, we logged in and the message was gone. Thinking we may have been blocked, we went to the profile and had no problem accessing it. On top of that, we clicked the message icon on the profile and we were taken to the chat which included an unread message that we had not replied to. We sent several messages from the profile link but the conversation still is not showing up in our chat list. This is the only one right now we know we are missing but who knows.
