IM is very sketched. Have people tell me they’ve never seen my messages. Some can communicate fine. I never know which it’s going to be

Is IM supposed to work at all?

They reimplemented it, and for a while a badge indicating a message would show up in the IM Messages box (next to Mail). Now, not so much. I am missing attempts to communicate with me.

If anyone from SLS is listening: is IM ever going to work?
