Well good luck with that..........I've put about 4 in due to them taking money to update my acct. to paid and 3/4 weeks later it's still showing free member and NO one has even bothered to respond to any of my questions.

How do you get Support Tickets to work?
I've been trying to reply to a query on a support issue all day and my reply has either been sent eleventy billion times or hasn't sent at all. I hit the Send Reply button and nothing happens.
I also tried to open a new support ticket on the problem of sending a reply on a previous support ticket and that didn't work either.
This is kinda frustrating, SLS.
what are support tickets?
Maybe it's working now... but we were able to submit a ticket about creating a hot date yesterday and it not being approved by 10 or 11am so we deleted it.. ...
Now I'm confused. I thought that SLS discouraged it's members from contacting others via outside emails/messaging services.
That's what I get for thinking.

I use it every day to communicate with customers.</span></p>

Just tried twice to create and send a support ticket, did not work either time, I suspect that there are so many people , myself included trying to send a ticket about the horrible new message system that its overloaded.
Weird, We sent two yesterday and they both got replies from two different support people.
I'm thinking that chicken entrails, incense and voodoo dolls might be worth a shot. Doesn't seem like anything else works.
Having same problem tried three times to send support ticket just stays open and shows no ticket created. Trying to make contact with someone cuz messaging doesn't even work.
Any suggestions? SLS says there is a save button to click on and there is none. Keep hitting Send the Support Ticket doesn't go and stays open?
Seems like new format doesn't allow contact to rectify problems.
