I just deinstalled the app. It's pretty much a cluster grope. The security thing with blocks not operating, sorting entries in the search function is all fucked up, no way to get on the forums etc etc. I've been using it for about a week and I'm done screwing around with it. I could be doing something actually constructive with my time, like picking the cheese from between my toes.
This is a serious security issue.
Even when the old IPhone app was available, the old app was that way.

Also, and I don't know if SLS admins are aware, the block feature does NOT work at all on the new app. Every profile that you have blocked is viewable on the app and thus makes you viewable to them as well. This is an issue that needs to be fixed ASAP! -Beast
Why doesn’t the block function actually block the entire person’s profile from every part of the entire site?
If you block someone, they can still see if you are signed up for an event, they can also see your hot date listings with the specific details.
Another huge flaw and even potential secure issue.
