Blank screen when trying to update profile

Looking at their actions, the site is the least of their concerns. The company that owns this website has more interest in the app and it’s functionality.

As long people keep signing up for these travel and cruise vacations, they will continue to rake in. Just doing the math, they could probably rake in a year’s worth of membership subscriptions in a few cruises. To be honest that’s probably the only work function on this site: to be able to sign up for lifestyle cruise or travel event.

In simple terms, the site is just a funnel. The end goal is to get as many ppl signing up travel vacations. The site isn’t customer friendly by any means and even though of the complaints, we’re left with this mess.

And as much as Wayne or Customer Support or Quality tried to quell the concerns, they still arise.

For SLS to be one of the oldest sites in the lifestyle community, it has certainly lost its luster over the years. This idea oflow maintenance upkeep for this site is will cost them

What I demand to know is why SLS doesn't address this rather large issue? This is a business. They take our money and provide a service, and when that service is not being provided, they need to address it. There is never any communication from them on problems. They know there is an issue, so why not display a message to keep people from wasting their time updating something that won't take? I realize that this place isn't exactly Amazon when it comes to technology, but can you at least try?

Can anyone update their location of their profiles?

I’ve been trying for the past two days with no outcome.

Been trying to update for days, no luck. I tried again this morning, spent some time, clicked update and nothing.... all was lost. Seriously SLS -- YOU KNOW IT DOES NOT WORK! Can you tell us? Or better yet, maybe fix it?

I tested it and don't get a blank screen, but it doesn't matter how many times I hit the Finish button, nothing happens. My guess, since there have been changes is that, as usual, someone crossed the i's and dotted the t's.

Went to add some info to my profile in the “about you” section. Went to hit finish and wound up with a blank screen that only refreshed to a blank screen.

The statement about waiting 24 to 48hrs was nowhere in sight. Neither was an earlier version of my info visible.

As anyone noticed this?

On top that the update profile page has changed a little.
