Looking at their actions, the site is the least of their concerns. The company that owns this website has more interest in the app and it’s functionality.
As long people keep signing up for these travel and cruise vacations, they will continue to rake in. Just doing the math, they could probably rake in a year’s worth of membership subscriptions in a few cruises. To be honest that’s probably the only work function on this site: to be able to sign up for lifestyle cruise or travel event.
In simple terms, the site is just a funnel. The end goal is to get as many ppl signing up travel vacations. The site isn’t customer friendly by any means and even though of the complaints, we’re left with this mess.
And as much as Wayne or Customer Support or Quality tried to quell the concerns, they still arise.
