And POOF it fixed itself. Just came to check for any more suggestions and now nothing is wrong. Thanks for the offer but it is kind of hard to get a screenshot of a problem that for some reason no longer exists. BTW for the record I am using the most up to date version of Firefox

If you can't figure it out, you can email me a screenshot of exactly what you see and I will see if I notice anything. You can send that to: webmaster@swinglifestyle.com. Also include which browser and the version of the browser you are using.

Thanks for the basic information on how to do things that funny thing I have already done more than once to attempt to correct the issue. In fact those are the first things I do when a website seems to be having issues. I will admit to not having used my phone to check the site but then unlike most I don't use my phone for everything but I will try that. BTW this is not the first time this has happened over the years however it typically self corrects after a couple days. This has been a couple weeks.

Sometimes I do see all the pictures as black boxes. Mainly when I logout of the site with one profile and immediately login with a different profile. Pressing CTRL plus the F5 key corrects that.

Here are the steps I take when any web page is not acting right. I would try them in this order:

1) Use the browser refresh button.

2) Press CTRL plus the F5 key to do a refresh in the browser.

3) Logout and back into the website.

4) Clear your browser cache and cookies.

5) Turn off your device and turn it back on to reset it.

6) Turn off your modem/router and turn them back on to reset them.

7) Try accessing the site from another network. For example, switch wi-fi off on your phone and try your cellular network.

For about 2 weeks now all that shows instead of a profile picture or trying to look at photos including our own is a blank box. It is black with all the other info (miles away and such) just no picture a thumbnail and grey when looking at a profile. Go to the gallery page and it has black boxes at the bottom row equal to the number of pictures and has a "loading" icon. Go to our own "Manage Pictures" and it is just boxes with an X in them. We would love to see who is new that is attending the next event we are going to and while we recognize some from names pictures help a lot more. Anyone else having this issue and have a fix for it because we thought it might just self correct but it has been going on for 2 weeks.
