App not updating

It works for us, but.....
on the web site we blocked single males the app is nothing but single males on The Who viewed me part.

Wayne. Do our settings not carry over from the app to the site? If it doesn’t we will delete the app.

It's not only iPhones. My Android app hasn't updated either.

I have complained to support over and over on this... Three months ago they updated the iphone app and its been worthless since.. The views on the home are not updating but that's only one of many problems the last two app updates also caused lots of problems with the filters that you can apply to each view.
I've explained each problem with support and never really get an answer other then the last app updated solved the problems they are aware of.. Untrue. The last updates solved very little and created a bunch more problems..

As to the filters. Here's an example. On home you have various views like Whos Viewed me and Newest matches and such. I slide over on Newest matches and click the View More. Now I hit the filter button top right corner . There I set the "has Pics" to any and I set the Distance to 75 miles. Once I do that Im seeing all the newest matches I want to see.. HOWEVER, once I click on one profile to view it and then back out all the filters I set up are totally gone and I'm back to seeing the default view. 3 months ago this was not the case. IF I set a filter I could view a profile and when I backed out I would be back to the view I set.. This not holding the filter for more then one profile view is MADDENING.
A year ago I wanted even more, where we could get these filters to permanently stay set for my logon profile cause every time I use the app I have to set the filters every time I use the app... Now I'll even take that versus having to reset the filter everytime I look at ONE profile.. UGH

Currently the APP is not updating at all, kind of useless at the moment .
It would be nice if management would give us an update on the APP version. Yes, we do have the web version to use.

Another thought, with the issues uploading pictures makes one think if this was a problem all along. Is that what was compromised and many if not all of us had our pictures stolen by the hackers.

I for one believe SLS has not told us the truth as what really happened. They won’t tell us until someone proves what really happened. Not holding my breath on that one.

We use the web version. We have android phones and it is updating. Do try powering off and restarting & see if that helps. Also clear out your cache

Just wondering too.. we do not use SLS App.. but seems IPhones are having issues with certain APPS downloading new info and updating mail??

Seems there may be a issue... someone like Apple/ Microsoft is not telling us about!

Does anyone know ?

I know that the app is a bit lacking, but is anyone else experiencing that it's the same every time you log on? It seems that the who viewed us and matches screens always show the same profile tiles.
