App Issues?

Ahh the joys of not upgrading your phone every year. Well thanks for nailing down the issue!

<p>You have the same phone I have. The site made security updates earlier this week for PCI compliance. Android 9 and older do not support these security updates, which is causing the app issue. For now, you will have to use a web browser. I'm not sure if we will be supporting these older devices, as Google is no longer providing updates for them either:</p>

It's a galaxy S7, android ver. 8.0.0

I have tried both selecting and not selecting the "keep me logged in" button to no avail

May just be destined to not use the phone app itself lol

<p>As far as I know, that only happened if you had changed your password and had "Keep me logged in" selected. It would keep trying to use the old password. You would have to uncheck "Keep me logged in", manually type in the new password and then you could check it off again. </p>

<p>The new app does not have that issue.</p>

It used to be you had to make sure the "keep me logged in" button should be unchecked for it to work. Not sure if that is still a thing since I haven't used the app for quite some time.

<p>Our app developer is checking into this. The app works fine on my iPhone. I have the same issue as you on my Android test phone. My co-workers and other members are having no problems on Android.</p>

Just reinstalled the latest, manually typed everything letter for letter, case for case. Both on wi-fi and through cell data, still immediate Login Failure

<p>Make sure you have the most recent app. You can search for "social lifestyle" in the Play store and it should be the first app from "Swing, LLC".</p>

<p>Manually type in your profile name and password to make sure you are entering the correct information.</p>

<p>If that does not work, try switching between wi-fi and cellular to see if it is a network issue.</p>

So is there any update or reasoning why I would be unable to login via the phone app from the google store? Putting in my information it simply returns with "Login Failed". Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, to no avail.

Getting a failure to log in every time I try to use the app. Uninstalled the app, and located another up to date version, but still getting the error.
