On our Home Page the Random Matches and Newest Matches will both have couples who are no where near the age we have listed in our profile preference. If we do a Search and put in the parameters , age, distance, etc , there is no problem.
<p>For couple profiles, the search will consider it a match if one of them is within your age range. For example, if your lower age limit is 30, it will match a couple profile whose ages are 31 and 28.</p>
Are you talking about matches on your Home Page or when you do a search?
That is how I thought it worked as well. I haven't seen any issues with it, but can't remember last time the search function was used.
We have our age preferences listed as 50 - 99, but we get matches for profiles under our age preferences. Seems that the algorithms could remedy this problem. I would assume that anyone doing a search, not including our age, would not view our profile?
