Usability improvements to user interface

Some usability improvements can be done

1. In the home page, even the compact mode has large images. The size of these images should be reduced, so that more profiles can be seen in a page. When you click View Mode, the new page shows images of correct size. That's the size which should be used on the main page.
2. When you click on Messages and then click on a thread - the main real estate should be the actual messages BUT hardly a few lines of actual messages are displayed. The headers and "Type the message" basically monopolize all real estate.
3. The header font size is too big and takes a lot of real estate - "Messages", "Who's on" etc. This results in scrolling a lot.

Basically, on every page - the main focus should on the "content that should be the focus" and other areas should be reduced in size.
