You're within driving distance of Dallas, which has a pretty good LS community. I used to live in Waxahachie and I did just fine, when I put in the effort, and I'm a pudgy middle-aged guy.

You are halfway between Shreveport and Dallas - surely you can find events that welcome single gentlemen in those cities.

Making contacts online is not easy - especially when you use a comic for a default photo and don't seem to have a clue about punctuation.
