I've paired my Real Estate holding significantly, and restructured my overall portfolio substantially months ago when all this started. I'm not sure we'll ever get out of the woods.

There is definitely something to that. No way biz will be done 100% like it used to be. Downsizing offices is definitely going to happen. That's gonna kill commercial property owners unless there is a huge number of new biz's to take up that SF.

How many small businesses that are now working from home that won’t be renewing leases? If your customers have no need to come to your office? Why not work from home. Form a group with five other small business and share an office. Each business has it a day a week. Zoom is the new office.

I think there is going to be some great buys in Florida, Georgia, Alabama in about ten months. Snow birds are going to decide that staying up north closer to family is more important than being down south. At least I’m hoping. It will be time to buy to get ready for retirement.

unfortunately i think its people downsizing and refinancing to save their asses. people are in some serious trouble IMO

@Fred , just heard the good news , also heard new home purchases and home refi going through the roof . We bought a rental closed Monday . The title lady is doing 3 and 4 a day . It is just crazy.

Still 14.7 Million people out of work. Unemployment rate is still higher than at any time during the Great Recession.

"Per safety protocols, campaign staff are tested for COVID-19 before events. Six members of the advance team tested positive out of hundreds of tests performed, and quarantine procedures were immediately implemented.

No COVID-positive staffers or anyone in immediate contact will be at today's rally or near attendees and elected officials. As previously announced, all rally attendees are given temperature checks before going through security, at which point they are given wristbands, facemasks and hand sanitizer," Tim Murtaugh, Campaign Communications Director, said in a statement.
