If more blacks own guns then the Republicans will get involved in gun laws. ( Joy Bahar )
Shootings
Shoot the guy with his own gun too !
Oh, do please tell us how the Republicans frame guns? Do they do or say anything that you don't agree with?
Care to explain why the gun shootings are occuring so frequently?
Or why the mass shooters of the schools and public places choose one particular type over shotguns, M-16's or revolvors?
Dead kids are inherently inflammatory...
Well there is belt fed ammo comes right out of the ammo can . Rambo used it !
They said Biden last night was talking about a clip that held 300 bullets . I never seen that , but if he says that it must be true.
The democrats have been very successful in framing the gun control debate in terms that are inflammatory, misleading or inaccurate. They take advantage of the average citizen's lack of knowledge on the subject and popular misconceptions. My favorite's are "common sense", assault rifle, weapons of war, high power, high capacity, universal background checks, and "no one needs (insert subject gun here)".
Well Joy Bahar a good democrat activist made a lot of sense about guns . She said guns are racist and when black people get guns then Republicans will get on board with gun control
I'm hoping one day people will wake the fuck up and realize, It was never the gun I don't care if it had 1000 round clip....It was and always is the SHOOTER. Period.

Just stop.
No conservative is going to take any law that restricts anything about guns seriously.
If it were the clean 21 law, no Republican would vote for it.
So let's stop the kabuki theater.
If anything is to happen, Republicans have to be stripped of power.
To date, more than 6 million Ruger 10/22 rifles, in all variations, have been sold—a number that no doubt would have pleased the late Bill Ruger. Indeed, the 10/22 has taken the traditional Christmas "kid's rifle" to places where no rimfire rifle has gone before.
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – The Grand Rapids police chief is recommending that his officer, now charged with murder in the death of Patrick Lyoya, be suspended without pay before he is ultimately fired.
Grand Rapids Police Chief Eric Winstrom on Thursday, June 9, said that by the end of the day he plans to submit a letter to the city manager recommending that Grand Rapids police officer Christopher Schurr be suspended without pay and terminated.
The announcement came a few hours after Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker announced he was charging Schurr with second-degree murder in the April 4 death of Lyoya.
Winstrom said his department hasn’t yet received Michigan State Police’s investigation into the killing.
However, he said, he’s basing his decision to recommend firing Schurr from the force on Becker’s assessment of the state police investigation as well as the video of Lyoya’s death and the internal affairs interview with Schurr.
“Why didn't they just stick to the 21 law alone and I'll bet it would fly if written properly.”
Was it ever just the 21 law? I never saw that. There was alway more than just the 21 law. I may be wrong?
Would be interesting to see how many "gun people" either started out with one or used one often as a kid. I'd bet almost all lol
I won a my Ruger 10/22 at a Boy Scout Jamboree when I was 14 .
First gun I ever shot was that gun. Huge kick for a 7 year old.
Another note.
3 of the 4 articles I read didn't specify "assault type weapons" but instead just said "semi automatic".
Brings to mind for myself the Ruger 10/22. Look it up. It's likely the best selling squirrel rifle of all time. It's also semi automatic.
I know several young men that got one for graduation. Bought one right after moving out of mom and dad's. Etc. It's really not much of a man killing machine but it's hell on squirrel, coon, woodchuck, etc.
Why?
Because both sides have to make concessions part x, so the other party agrees to part yz.
The Dem and Rep parties are married. One party wears the pants for 4-8, while the other wears the red or blond wig.
What is the bullshit they’re adding?
First off the big push was for the 21 law. (That's my own short nickname for it)
WHY???WHY???WHY??? Did they have to add in 15 round mags, safe storage laws, etc.
I realize that's just a small example, but of the 4 different articles I read. So far their only hitting highlights and a few bullet points.
Why didn't they just stick to the 21 law alone and I'll bet it would fly if written properly.
"Scamp,
I agree that not everyone should have access to a gun.
What I believe should be a universal process, is every gun owner be required to obtain a permit to carry a firearm.
The permit is renewable annually and must be on said person while carrying a firearm. The person should have to take an initial psych test (like the police do) and thereafter every 5th year prior to their permit renewal date.
Finale thought - it will not work unless there is honest reform of the judicial system at the same time. If it is proven that a crime was committed with a gun then there needs to be proper prosecution and convictions!"
I can get behind all of this. I know Ohio already has "gun specification" laws that automatically add to the sentence of people convicted of crimes while using a gun.
The big question is, will GOP even consider any of this? Eight-ball says: Doubtful
~Scamp
No gun control will pass the Senate without abolishing the filibuster...
What is the bullshit they’re adding?
Well who’s adding the “bullshit”? Is it a Democrat? Is it a Republican? Is it both
The writers. Whoever that was. I have no idea nor does it make any difference. As I said once before somewhere. These bozos can't help themselves. They all can fuck up a good idea.
@flip...superior? explain that...I stand by what i said...how you get superior out of that is your issue....feel like shooting me?
