There is a HUGE difference in asking a favor and obstruction of justice. There was no threat implied or intended. If you ask the judge to take it easy on your kid for speeding ticket or ask the cop arresting your friend to take it easy, neither is obstruction. Get a clue. Obstruction would be if it POTUS told him, to comply or else, which he did not. I try to stay objective, but really? He is a good guy, anyway you could let this drop is NOT obstruction. However with holding evidence of something you feel is a crime IS , so before we go bandying about phrases, lets make sure we are using them appropriately and for the right people.

There are only 2 possibilities:

A) POTUS did not asked Coats to interfere with investigation = Coats should have no problem saying "NO" to the question bellow.

B) POTUS did asked Coats to interfere with the Russian investigation, so when asked:

• Coats saying "YES" means he is accusing the POTUS of obstruction of justice.

• Coats saying "NO" no means he is protecting POTUS and puts his head in the basket. If POTUS goes down he will go down too..

• The only choice is to refuse to answer which he did....
