Profile edited by SLS

I changed your profile to a single male due to what the tagline says. SLS determines the gender of the profile based on the participation described in the profile. When your wife is available again, you can let us know and we can change it back.

"Male playing alone currently 10/2020"

Then you are, in the eyes of SLS (and anyone who would be searching for playmates), a single male.

If and when your wife rejoins you and is actively playing again, edit your profile and send a support ticket to update your profile to reflect your couple status.

It actually says "Male playing alone currently 10/2020". I created a ticket with support just before I posted this on the forum.

Did you message Support and ask why? I’d agree with NJ; If you used the word “single” to describe yourself, that’s probably what triggered it. I wonder if you’d said, “Married, playing Alone” whether they’d have edited your profile?

Good luck getting to the bottom of it and getting your profile rebuilt.

That crossed my mind, but I see that on other profiles. And that shouldn't be a reason to delete her info and photos. She literally wants to take a break right now and I want to be clear about it. Next week or two months from now that may change. I don't know, I am very upset by this.

Has anyone ever had their profile edited by SLS? Tonight I noticed that the little blue/pink dots on the primary profile photo was just the blue one for me. I then noticed that my wife's profile info and photos of just her were removed! WTH? There has been no communication with us that may shed light on this. We're a Lifetime Member and we will celebrate our 6th anniversary on SLS next month. I am beyond upset about this. Now I am trying to add my wife's info back in and don't see how it can be done.

Has anyone else had an experience like this?
