Hotel takeovers can be hit or miss, but the party that Luvrman mentioned is one of the better ones. Practice makes perfect and they have a party at least every quarter.
What kind of party are you looking for? The TooTall parties have couples and singles with an emphasis on single black men hooking up with hotwives, although not all of the couples will be looking for single men.
The Twizted parties are also well organized and fun. They limit the number of single men to ten or so. We particularly like their summer pool parties. Most of their events are in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.
