HT - fond childhood memories of May Day and May Pole activities

Opened camp no leaks place looks great still alittle snow in the woods

Yaa house is looking good!!! psycho house is now looking like a really nice house with all psycho gone. Pantry cabinets are in, kicked in broken front door jam is all fixed and looks nice. Vertical blinds are hung!

And Mrs is getting into her summer body losing those 5 to 8 winter pounds so she has a flat tummy and smooth ass for the men to drool over at the nudist pool volleyball games.

And the beer is cold!!

Laying in a hammock with Mrs VA, watching TV through the open doors, eating Doritos, drinking beer,and drifting in and out of sleep as we see fit.

Y'all, I'm proud to announce that I've only been certified basically for dish cleaning up until now.

But....

As of today, Lady promoted me to stirring the BBQ sauce and, and, and whipping up her home made whipping cream.

I may be just a Tramp, but she's gonna make me a diamond some day!

My darling Tramp...you are the most handsome, funny, sexy guy in my kitchen...and are talented in so many ways!

HT: My mother will be 84 tomorrow. This time last year, we were not sure she was going to make it after a stroke. 1 year later and she is finally getting back to her old self. I treasure each year with her. Just made her a coconut cake, by request. Can't wait to see her tomorrow. Simple HT, but a happy one just the same.

HT: Woke up this morning in Florence. The city, not the Jefferson's housekeeper...which would probably be nice too.

We had an absolutely awesome day.

Took one of the boats out. Went over to a cove in one of the local bays that has free mooring buoys.

We both got naked, had some adult beverages, cooked some steaks.

As were were enjoying the afternoon, three pontoon boats anchored about 40 yards away. Next thing we know, a 60 ft catamaran anchored next to the pontoons. On the catamaran was a full band, and they proceeded to give a 90 minute concert to anyone within earshot.

Lots of boats anchored, and we all enjoyed the tunes.

A great time, and a precursor to the summer to come...

Havin I paid 238 cash. Right now I can sell the house for around 260 or more. The same house in the community that has a small backyard that backs up to a public road just sold for 244.

There are thousands of immigrants from all over the world moving to Vegas driving up the cost of housing. The prices of housing is rising fast with new construction as far as the eye can see.

ncal, you did get a good deal on the price? Fix up and you have equity built up. Expunge the previous owner with a Swinger Party.

Havin right now I just want this house done. The story of this house, perfectly located in that rare single story guarded gated community with a half acre and high fences in the back yard. Rare privacy.

Pervious owner was is a nasty divorce and the man was a violent alcoholic who kicked things. Like the front door, the plumbing in the master bath tugb and shower the garage the RV gate and so on. So filthy that I could not see the floors ...almost done now and its going to be nice.

After a number of very frustrating experiences with UberEats, we tried takeoutwaiter. com.

It was really easy and worked out well. Nice!

The Contra dance was great. Three beautiful women and around then good looking women out of twenty women there. Three hours of dancing, really fun the funnest dancing there is.

So I survived the night, but probably because 2 of the 4 Brazilian women no-showed.

But it was still a whole lotta fun.
