Since the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything is 42 and you are 46 years old, and assuming that you weren’t sexually active for some of those years but more active in others, my guess is 1,932.

I would further postulate that if you were to visit New Orleans in 2025 and were to invite forum participants to join you, you could easily surpass the 2,000 mark.

Where's the fun in that? Besides, the original post had background about where/how the "guess" came about. Why are others doing the same an issue?

I can't even begin to guess for you. But I guessed for me, via a logic similar to Mayhem's.

In late 2011 I attempted to generate a list. It was about 70 at that time. But from 2013-2017 we partied hard - at least 30 parties a year and at least 1 new partner each time, plus a few vacations like Desire where we'd accumulate around 10 new partners in a week. So given that logic I come up with around 200 as a minimum.. maybe as much as 250. That's using the Clinton standard of my penis in her vagina. If one expands to things like oral and fingerings the number goes much higher.

Body count sounds like something a general wants to see on his desk during a major military offensive- right after breakfast but before he heads off to the golf course.

A high body count makes his putter stand at attention.

Just the term body count has somewhat of an ick factor. Sounds clinical.

It doesn't seem like a very interesting question generally, plus I'm probably not the only one who finds it a little icky to think of humans as mere components of a body count.

I mean, if anyone wants to know about Pete, who I had sex with once, back in 2002 or 2003, I have a good story, but reduced to a body count mine would look like this: 1, 11, 14, some number.

Neither of us have kept track, but from year 2 - 10 in the LS, we probably averaged a couple dozen parties a year and played with at least 2 new people on average at each party we attended.

So 24 parties per year times about 2 new people per party, adding in online people we met and it's conservatively 60 people a year for 9 years. At this point we still play as much but a lot of the people are ones we've played with before, so not adding to the "body count" as much. This is about as close as we get to keeping track of any sort of body count.

I'm a nerd, and keep a bunch of different spreadsheets for various things.

It has never occurred to me to keep track of the people I have fucked.

I know a few who do that as well, and integrate that into calendars. It's kind of humorous to me, but the geek / OCD part of me sort of gets the compulsion. However, I simply don't have the time, or energy to do that much documentation. As far as my body count, I stopped trying to keep track years ago. :-)
