For my desktop, I use Windows 10 and Google Chrome. My phone is an iPhone 12 and I use Safari. I keep the browser and OS updated with any new updates.

Does the app work for anyone?
We can't really concur that tech savvy has anything to do with it. We've tried various different OS, computers, browsers, etc. and the same problems exist across all. Now, tech savvy may assist with the workarounds and non-fix "fixes", but we wish we had the consistent performance Wayne gets. What exactly are you using Wayne? Hardware, OS, browser?

I don't think it is luck, probably just experience in using computers since I was 15. Also, it seems most of the people having issues are Android users. Android is not centrally controlled by one company and there is going to be more variance across devices. I feel that Android users are going to need higher technical skills to efficiently use their devices.

As an alternate, I use the Opera browser on my Android and it works perfectly

I find it absolutely amazing the luck you have, never being able to replicate the issues that many in these forums have.

I have logged into the app from both an iPhone and an Android phone without any login issue. I have seen other complaints of people not being able to login and it seems that most are on Android. One person told me it happened after an Android update on their device and they had to change settings, but they told me they could not remember what setting they changed.

I do not provide direct support for the mobile app. It is setup as a different division and has its own developers and customer service people. I did contact the app support and asked them about this and they told me they are not seeing any significant login issues. All you can do is to keep submitting tickets and use the category: "Mobile App - Bugs / Technical Support".

Don't feel too bad. I have single males show upon my WVM list 3 to 1 over anyone else. And most of them identify as straight. Also, when I do get a couple that shows up on the list, many times they will have Single Males blocked.
I'm considering changing my Screenname to SLSRedheadedstepchild.
Don't use the app. Don't use any app that I don't absolutely need.
It used to work as well as the website (neither were flawless) but now the app is a hot mess at best. It does not get beyond the dance circle of people to fully load.
Is this only an Android issue? Was the app built for apple users?
The app sucks whale cocks. It hasnt sent us a notification that we got an IM in like a year, and only single guys show up in our WVM.
The app is a completely different user experience from the browser. We only use the app for checking messages on the fly. It’s too glitchy otherwise and there’s no actual email in it for groups. The events never show the attendees list (still). Even when a support ticket is submitted their response is to go between the browser and app.
I can't get it to recognize my password on my samsung phone just continues trying to load. Hopefully they get this figured out as it would be nice to be able to use on the go we love to travel!
It never loads on my Samsung Note, I have tied reinstalling it.
