There is a good article on this debunked conspiracy theory that mentions whack jobs burning towers and harassing contractors installing fiber optic cables to them but the key word in the article is "debunked". They also call it bizarre.

Here's mine.
Trump knew what he was doing all along. He heard about the virus in China three months ago and while advisors suggested he send a strong and urgent message to the American people that drastic measures need to be taken or hundreds of thousands of lives will be lost, he chose another course. He has been trying to cut SS and Medicare for a long time and gut the ACA and when he heard that this virus killed mostly older people, especially those with medical conditions, he decided it was a perfect opportunity to purge those he saw as a drain on the economy. (I haven't seen a breakdown of deaths by race but if black and brown lives are lost at a greater rate than white, he will claim bonus points!)
And he knew exactly how to spin it so that his supporters would back him so he called it a dem hoax (the sheeple cheered and cheered) and blamed the states for not being prepared and the media for spreading "fake news", even as they quoted his own words. (more cheers!)
But what about the economy you ask? The crowning achievement of his presidency! All part of his plan. Economists have been telling him for several months that the economy was slowing, that the market was over-inflated and the bubble would burst sometime in 2020 (oh no, an election year!) This is where his super intelligence kicked into high gear. (Well, went from 5th grade to maybe middle school) He knew with a little urging, his followers would rally to his side and say, "Hey, the economy didn't tank because of our supreme leader, it was the virus's fault". Sheer genius I tell ya!
Each step of the way, he took the temperature (metaphorically, he doesn't know how to use a thermometer) of his devotees and realized that it didn't matter if 100 died or a thousand or 100,000 or even a million! What he had predicted long ago had come true, he is responsible for the deaths of thousands of citizens (many right on Fifth Avenue!) and not only is he not going to lose a single vote, his approval ratings have soared! (If you can call 49% soaring)
I have to say, I am genuinely impressed that so many of you caught on to his plan so early on and defended his every move. It took me weeks to realize he isn't just the bumbling, anti-science, narcissistic buffoon he has portrayed these past three years.
